One Year Warranty
Man-ique will always be committed to ensuring you with the highest quality of Jewelry. We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a one year guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Man-ique, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Man-ique no longer carries the product for any reason, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
If item has lost it's quality or it's broken within one year, please contact us at support@man-ique.com and provide a photo or video so we can document that and ship you a new item. Photo/video proof must be submitted in order to have your new item shipped to you. We will create a return label for you to return the piece so we can inspect the item and learn from that.
